Who We Are and How to Complain
Ipram Asset Finance Ltd is a credit brokerage registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 7534509) and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We arrange asset finance for business customers only. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us in the first instance using the details on our Complaints Handling Procedure page and we will do our best to resolve your concerns. If you are still not satisfied after we have given you our final response, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, subject to eligibility.
Our Regulation, Services, Lenders and How We Are Paid
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to act as a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce you to a panel of lenders who may be able to provide finance for vehicles, plant machinery and specialist equipment. We are not tied to any one lender and will select from our panel based on your circumstances and requirements. We may receive a commission or other form of payment from the lender if you enter into a finance agreement. The amount of commission we receive may vary between lenders and products. You can ask us for information about the amount of commission we will receive for arranging your finance.
